Cancellation of Airtel phone


I have requested to disconnect my airtel phone on 5-7-2009.

But the airtel is not disconnect my phone and every months they are sending me the bill.

On july they told me to pay the outstanding bill and also told me that if you pay the bill we'll disconnect your phone but they didn't disconnect the phone and sending me the bill.

Even i called the customer care to disconnect the phone too many time.

Every time the people humiliate us and threaten to pay the bill.

I have all complain id which they have given me at the time of complain.

They have disconnected my phone even sending me the bill every months but not permanently disconnecting the phone.
