I have paid Rs 5250/ (Rs Five thousand two hundred and fifty) for a classified advt in Getit Yellow pages 2010 via contract invoice number 10008086749 dated 11 Jan. The yellow pages was supposed to be printed and delivered to me by May. Unfortunately the Yellow pages is not published till now and there is no satisfactory explanation from the company representative.

Please tell me how I can claim my money back? Is there a provision for penalty on the company for not providing the promised service?

There are other doctors in my hospital who have also paid the amount and are feeling cheated.
