I applied for KYC on the 18th of January. More than a month since I applied, but the status online still shows as "PRESENT IN PROCESS".
I also wrote many times to CDSL on [email protected]. There has been no response to my emails.
For one week, almost every day, I tried calling them on the following numbers (published on their website)
