PF amount not withdrawl

Respected Sir,

I Resigned from M/S Wartsila India Ltd on 05.05.2007 and applied for My PF (PF NO MH/24774/1512 Name Yogeshwar Sharma) amount settlement through filling form no 19 and 10C.

After 7/8 months i enquired about my PF settlement in company and they confirmed me that my PF amount cheque had been sent to My HDFC Bank Account No 02681050007740 (Mathura Branch).

But actually the amount was not displaying in my account. Then i requested to M/S Wartsila for the same and they confirmed from PF department that cheque may have been sent to wrong address. I also confirmed that the Address mentioned in Application form was right but PF Department said that they can issue new cheque only after recieving the old cheque.

I also submitted my Account statement several times on their demand but received no response from PF department. Even though M/S Wartsila Management had communicated PF department verbally and in written for reissuing the cheque but they did not take it seriously.

Now it is almost 4 years that i have been waiting for my hard earned amount but still i didn't receive any confirmation from PF department.

All the correspondence had been done through M/S Wartsila India Ltd.

This is my kind request for your personal intervention in the matter so that i can get my money.
