Passport not received

I, Rajesh Prabhakar, resident of P-419, Sector 21, Jal Vayu Vihar, Noida, had applied for re-issue of my passport and the application form alongwith the requisite documents were submitted at Ghaziabad office, vide file ref number GZB-B008577-10, subsequently on checking through sms/website the following message have been received " Police verification has been waived and file is under process".

Regret to state that even after the lapse of 3 months the passport has not been delivered.

Reply to the above will be highly appreciated.
