I Madhava Rao Royyala applied for passport for my baby Sonika Royyala on 09/08 in tatkal scheme file number HYD C016234 10 and key number is 6701623410, till now we not yet received passport, there is no response and information from their side why this much delay happen, but i went there personally in last week of Sep'10 at that time tehy asked to show baby birth certificate (original), we shown the same. Than they say that all documents are okay and passport for baby will reach you with in two weeks (i.e by 15th Oct'10) but till now its not yet received, but when ever we check status on website its showing that passport was ready on 16/08. I mailed them 3 times and done sms but no use.
Plz do needful and necessary for the above.
