A long queue in office

Dear sir/madam,

i xyz wants to bring before you that there is always a long queue in regional passport office, worli (mumbai), there are atleast 40 counters in 2 halls but then also there are only one-one counters in each hall for subbmission of fresh passport. it takes 4 to 5 hours for subbmitting forms so i hereby wants that there should be increment in staff members in office and more counters for subbmission of forms.
