Pending application for minor passport

DEAR SIR,

I have submitted an application for minor passport (passport application recieved by them on 27/08) with file no BNGJ19050910. The application has been pending since last 6 months.

AND ALSO NO ANY TELEPHONE RECEIVED OUT OF FIVE LAND LINE NUMBERS AT RPO BANGALORE.(080-25706100, 25706101, 25706102, 25706103, 25706104).

Please take this matter seriosly.
