Passport seva kendra
PCC not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for PCC on 22nd March at PSK Bangalore, Lalbagh office, my file no. is BN1081275602212 & ARN No.12-3883175 . Since i got my passport in tatkal, I was said that i would be receiving my PCC in next 10 days but its been almost two weeks and i haven't received my PCC yet. The status from past a week has been mentioning as " PCC application under review at PSK" When contacted toll free helpline, i was informed to contact the local PSK for information regarding the same, but when contacted 080-22117900 the person at the receiver end doesn't respond at all and keeps the phone on hold without uttering a word which is really annoying. Kindly assist.
