Hi all... i have booked Malibu Grand, bellandur with Mr Pawan and made the sale agreement doc with all the condition what he has committed to deliver and later one more Gujrati partner has joined in this properties and he said he has cancelled my sale agreement by saying i will not give any commitment to you what pawan had given earlier... and later malibu builder had developed a malibu office in parking area without giving notice to buyer... he said if you are not agrree then you can take your money back... he has deducted some money and pawan returned back .because per square feet rate is appreciated for that project... and same he is following in other projects... with lot of commitment but not mentioning in aggrement docs... please be careful when you are feeling with this kind of builder/projects...
