Parsvnath privilege project in greater noida (u.p)
Delay in delivery of project inspite of giving full payment to the builder in 2007

I booked a flat in parvnath privilege project in may by paying a cheque of Rs 10 lakhs to the builder. In 2007 I paid full payment of the flat to the builder after I was assured by the builder that the possession of the flat will be given to me by 31 march. But there is no construction activity at the site even in april. Moreover there is no proper response from the builder. I had taken a loan of Rs 30.00 lacs from ICICI Bank for the project and I am paying the installments since then. I am financially very disturbed.
