Incorrect interest charge without notice

Sir,

I have been continuosly harrased by a buider - Patel Realty of Bangalore for interest on late payment of demand raised. We are in tripartriate agreement with Bank SBI where everytime based on my approval the disburse the amount. There has been some instances where there has been delay but when i ask the builder to tell me how the interest is calculated they do not cooperate and are piling the interest day by day without providing correct information. Please advise.
