I have joined a monthly payment scheme for a plot in "seapearl" project near gangavaram in Visakhapatnam in 2000. Paid installments for 3 yrs, about Rs.6000. After running around their office for 2 years, i lodged a case in consumer court about 2 yrs back and till date the case has not been cleared. Anyone in the same category may respond. Can we do anything other than this.
