Due to wrong entry of meter reading by DHBVN person (A/c No. LL11/0149 K No. 2213016602), I had to make an excess payment of approxi. Rs. 1500/-. In Jan. 10 cycle, the reading was shown as 19796 (due to typing error) instead of 20122 and a bill for only 29 units was raised against 355 units actually consumed. In March 10 cycle, consumption of 864 units was shown against actual usage of 538 units. Thus, I had to make payment of Rs. 4701/- (Rs. 970/- for 1st bill PLUS Rs. 3731/- for the 2nd bill) whereas I should have been billed for approx. Rs. 3200/- (Rs. 1250 for 355 units (1st bill) and Rs. 1950/- for 538 units (2nd bill) = 3200/-) thereby excess payment of approxi. Rs. 1500/-. It is requested to kindly refund / adjust the excess payment of Rs. 1500/-.
