I am having bsnl landline phOne and broadband on number 0562-2211515 but there's such a noise in line due to earthing. That i am unable to call from it also broadband gets disconnect frequently.i am complaining for the same since a year but nobody is listening. Both the sdo and d.e once abused me when i went to them for complaint. Whenevr i do the complaint they give me 2-3 days of time to make it repair but nothing happens.
