BSNL
TOO MUCH BILL AS IT IS NOT RIGHT ACCORDING TO PLAN

I am consumer of BSNL my phone no is 0712-2591252 .I am gotting mentally torture about BSNL BILL .The fault is of BSNL system but they are not making correction. Actually my braodband plan is 600C but they are sending me bill according to 250 plan. Please any solve this problem. Because BSNL officers are not listening. I have reached to many officers but they are just avoiding it as example of Mr. Bavankar in BSNL.
