Land Phone-facility of Caller ID

Sir,

I got land phone set with Caller ID facility on 3.2.2010 from Chendamangalam Telephone Exchange.

Several times I have approached the authorities for giving Caller ID Facility (Received only the instrument).

But the authorities have not considred my request till date. Moreover the function of the monitor of the

set is not working. I request that steps may be taken to allot another instrument and caller ID facility.
