BSNL Landline Phone is Dead since 8 Months

My home land line phone (01363-276243) is dead from past 7 to 8 months due to non availability of permanent employee at local exchange. I lodged the complaint and also talked to the JTO/SDO of the area, but nothing was done in this matter. It seems they are not realizing the hardship we are facing in this matter.

I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the complaint permanently.
