BSNL Landline Harassment

Dear Sir / Madam,

Greetings..!!

This is to bring into your kind notice that, we applied for a new landline connection at BSNL office, near Bahu plaze (main office) and orders were passed onto the office who has to do the job on

5th Feb only but till today there was nobody to take care of this.

Even I personally called them 6 - 7 times but they say that the person in on leave. Sir, in this world of high technology and fast moving people, how can this be a valid point and an excuse that if 1 person is on leave from last 20 odd days, nobody will take care of his work...???

I really feel sorry for the common man of India who is suffering just because of these arrogant and lethargic "sarkari Babus" who are not even justifying their take home salary. I am suffering from last 20 odd days but nobody cares in BSNL to look after the delay. Are we living in Village or a B1 city... who dreams to be a metropolitan city in next couple of years...??
