Free SmS service not provided as per the plan suscribed

I am using the BSNL Sim card with the number No.9449307565 and I have converted my bsnl sumo plan to KTK-MITRA plan by recharging as per the instructions provided by the bsnl website & according to which i am suposed to get 200 local SMS daily free but i just got the free SMS for starting 3 to 4 days after that i have not got free SMS & when i call up the customer care number my call is put in the Que for hours together & without any response disconnected.
