HERE I COMPLAINT THAT I HAVE CANCELED MY LANDLINE OF BSNL AND THERE WAS ONE-WAY LAST 3 YRS. WHICH WAS CANCELED ON 8th FEB. AND I PAID MY JAN. BILL FOR WHOLE MONTH AND REMAINING 8 DAYS BILL RECEIVED ON 20 FEB,
IN THAT BILL BSNL CHARGED ME 145rs. OF SULABH PLAN, WHILE WE NEVER ACTIVE THIS PLAN AND IT WAS ONE-WAY, THEN HOW CAN I PAY THIS BILL?
BSNL OFFICE STAFF SAID THAT THERE IS WRONG CHARGED, IT'S OUR BILLING DEPARTMENT'S MISTAKE.
I HAD NOT PAID THIS AMOUNT, BUT THIS AMOUNT WILL DEBIT FROM MY DEPOSIT AMOUNT,
NOW WHAT I DO???
