I am Alok Kumar Swain using 9438650808 (BSNL service), have activated a caller tune service on 09.07.2011. BSNL charged Rs.30 for this activation against monthly subscription charge, but my caller tune is not activeted.
I have called customer care executive several times but i didn't get any responce from that side till now.
