SMS service 53030 active

Dear Sir,

Subject: DEACTIVATE SMS SERVICE 53030

My mobile no is 8901184683 a prepaid connection. I never told to activate sms alert from 53030. But BSNL itself start the service without any permission and for the same they will deducting money for my prepaid balance.

You are kindly requested please stop that and also request please back my money already deduct from my balance.
