I had registered my request for a new modem on Aug 30th. The request number is 3206872. It has been three days during which I have given several reminders. Yet no one has responded to this request or even bothered to call me back to let me know how long it will take. The first customer care representative I spoke to assured me that it would only take a day. My experience with Airtel responding to my request has been terrible. I have been without internet for the last few days and this severely impacts my work. Airtel has horrible customer handling.
