Original landline bill query

For the past 8 months no bill has been sent to my mothers land line no. 2253280. as because we two brothers are not there at ranchi, posted elsewhere. my mother have to pose some grave difficulties in accessing the bills and to submit it on time. so please look into this matter seriously.
