Shifting of telephone

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have shifted my residence from Whitefield to B Narayanpura and subsequently I applied for shifting my telephone to the new location. (Old telephone No. 28416240, OB No.91104982)

I approached the Krishnarajapuram exchange 20 days back and they assured me that the connection will be given in 2-3 days. From then onwards I am running behind them for the connection and till date the connection is not given. They are not giving any reason for the same and just keep postponing it.

Kindly look into this and take necessary action at the earliest.
