Dear Sir, Received a THREAT CUM WRONG bill dated 10.07.2010 of Rs 5, 124.00, without checking details of an old connection Tel No 011-27940390 (landline/internet-broadband), which hardly used. The letter is threatning to treat as Defaulter in payment of Govt dues. We would like to say that we went personally and wrote more than 50 letters to MTNL in 06 regarding the connection, but received no reply or response till date. Finally, we handed over telephoe instrument etc. and closed the case. And suddenly received this THREAT from MTNL. The letter has no address, just tel. No. only.
