Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

My Name is Miss Akshata R Chettiar, I had been a customer with ICICI Credit Cards, I had made my first purchase in June the purchase was made for 5647, from Richie Rich Shop in Vasai West, and I had also taken membership with Real Player, and since then my problems have begun. As i could not pay the whole amount at a time i kept paying minimum amount and also did make a lump sum amount payment. But each time they kept increasing everytime, after sending an email to the Real Customer Care, they sent back the amount they had been charging me, even after that the amount didn't decrease. I had broken the card and sent it to their company but got no response, but I also got threatening calls, and also got a call from a employee from the collection department, and she spoke rudely, ridiculed me calling me names. For which I complained to the ICICI customer care but got no proper response, and they keep sending me bill and also charge me for the purchases that has not been done by me. I got the latest bill for 15, 357... I will be sending all the emails that I have sent ICICI and the response from them. Please help me. I have all the evidence and the information needed but it is in a hard copy, will be sending them as soon as possible. My contact number is 998703315 and my home number is 0250 - 3207006. Further to our telephonic conversation, we inform you that your credit card has been de-activated due to non receipt of the payment outstanding. We request to make the payment as per statement of avoid further financial charges.

Late payment fees are charged if the minimum amount due is received after the due date. It is charged at the rate of 30% on minimum amount due, subject to a minimum of Rs. 300.00 and maximum of Rs. 600.00

Late Payment Charges will be levied in the following cases:

* When we do not receive payment of minimum amount outstanding before due date.

* When the payment made is less than the minimum amount outstanding.

* When the payment of minimum amount outstanding is credited after due date.

Interest charges: As per card holder manual, interest charges are accrued in any of these cases:

1. You make a payment for minimum amount outstanding

2. You make a payment less than total amount outstanding

3. If no payment is made.

Interest is charged:

* On the transactions in previous statement from the respective transaction date till the statement date

* On the total amount outstanding from the statement date till the part payment date

* On the remaining amount outstanding balance till the next statement date

* On the fresh purchases done thereafter, till the next statement date.

Rate of interest @ 3.40% is applicable on your ICICI Bank Credit Card whenever a part payment is made.

I would like to bring to your notice, I used to be a credit card holder with your bank, however, I have did not have a satisfactory use of the same. For which I had couriered back the card along with a letter to the address mentioned on your customer care online. I have been waiting for a response but have not received any as yet. My name is Akshata R Chettiar, and i am sorry to say but as i dont have my credit card with me I do not remember my number. I would like to get a proper clarification from your accounts department, to my ever growing amount that I have to pay, even after receiving the "RealNet" amount back, i am being charged for its interest, and even after me break my card in to four pieces and sending it back, i am being charged an amount for some expenditure that has not been incurred by me. I am an employed person and hence dont get time to come up to ICICI office and sort out my issue personally. So I would like to request you to check in to the matter, do a proper calculation and give me a correct bill, Coz the bill that was sent to me does nothing but make me suspicious of its nature. Please do the needful, and if possible please send a representative at my residential address to sort this issue out for once and for all. Hope to get a favorable reply.

Thank you for replying, but this is not helping me in any manner, I have been asking you to clarify the bill that been sent to me. There was a dispute about me being charged for the "REAL PLAYER", but the refund was done by the "REAL NET" to the account, but still that did not lower the rate in my bill, and to top it all I am being charged for a purchase that has not been done by me, time and again I keep getting bill with and increased amount every time, I have sent the credit card back to your company with a letter attached but have not received any reply, I am just tired of all this nonsense, I have received no help from your company whatsoever, and what telephonic conversation you are talking about, I got a call from your department, when I was busy and requested to be contacted later in the evening, but nothing as such happened and you send me this automated email. I want this sorted out once and for all, please help me and stop sending me these automated replies it does not help in anyway. Sending you an attached email that shows the ploughed back amount from "RealNet", please go through it and please give me all the details of my bill.
