7th december onwards my internet connection stopped working (Server stopped responding).lodged an official complaint with aircel on 9th december .the official confirmed that the problem would be resolved within 72 hours but its 5 days since then and no action has been taken yet.eventhe customer care has stopped responding for the last 2 days.
