Cheating in monthly bill

Disappointment in every contact end.. Where ever and whom ever i contact nothing happens and it ends in false promises..

Let me copy and paste my compliants list.. I'm going copy and paste only a single mail.. There are numerous mails and and phone calls which is behind the mishap.. I'm mentally torchoured by the AIRCEL and TEAM... AIRCEL A REAL BIG CHEATING COMPANY..

So i thought an eye to eye interaction may solve my problem.. I went to aircel towers in poonamalle high road, Spoke with MANILEELAN explained him that SANTHOSH (9841097797) was following up my case and suddenle he is not picking up my call and that is the reason i'm here.. Mr MANILEELAN said that reversal for no-9841257702 for Rs 238 and also Rs 768 for the no-9941530163.. He promised tat he will be done for sure in the march month's bill no surprise and it didn't happen again..

Usage charges - 18.40

Service charges - 14.00

Total - Rs. 149.90/-

The above charges is just for 5 days.. It is not fair to charge me the whole month rent amount for CUG, Itemised bill charges, Dialer tunes just for 5 days..

As already we discussed about tat and u accepted to waive of the charges for the same (CUG, Itemised bill charges, Dialer tunes)..

As per my calculation, after waiving the charges I’ve to pay only Rs. 61.65/- including service charge..

Details of my calculation listed below.,

Rental - 37.50

Usage charges - 18.40

Service charges - 5.75

Total - Rs. 61.65/-

It is not fair to pay the charges twice the month.. Pls do check that and do the need ful..

I think u got all the reference from all the above details.. The reversal amount listed for each no is not an appropriate reversal.. In your attachment you have reversed the amount from my itemized billing..

I think you know that aircel’s itemized billing list the details of the call log after the free minutes.. If CUG is activated promptly immediately after my form submission, these CUG minutes would have not wasted my free minutes..

I’m listing the plan details of each number for your reference below..

9841257702 – SPEAK 225 PLAN..

9551082323 – FREEDOM BENEFIT LIFE TIME PLAN..

9941530163 – SPEAK 225 PLAN..

Considering the above plan for all the numbers, I need the CUG minutes should be completely neglected without affecting my free minutes.. So the calls what I’ve made for non CUG numbers would have been recorded as free calls.. Then I want my bill to be calculated for the remaining calls .. I also want the Service Tax Cess @10.30% amount to deducted after the reversal for the appropriate minutes.. I also wish to be compensated with a month of free service for all the difficulties I have faced with aircel..

Failing in which it will be reflected in non payment and also I’ll definitely consider switching my mobile service to a different service provider..

Expecting your speedy action in this regard also..

Also revert my bill deducting CUG minutes in (9551082323 and 9941530163) numbers..

Also need for compensation for all the troubles I’ve faced (calling aircel agent multiple times).. Which inturn increased my bill for the no – 9841257702..

I need to be compensated for one month of free service for all the 3 numbers for the terrible troubles I’ve faced because of your negligence even after my repeated reminders through your agent..

Hi this is Ramesh hope this has become a familiar name for u guys.. As always I’m with the issue here.. I’ve got used to issues with aircel which is really making me to concern to switch my mobile service provider..

On 29th october I proposed for CUG connection for the following numbers – 9841257702, 9710703939, 9941530163.. The proposal was made through MEENATCHI SUNDARAM (mob:9841011869) an aircel agent.. I’ve given all my documents and photocopy of my office ID card (CYBERNET SLASH SUPPORT) to get my number activated in corporate CUG.. All the documents was given on the same day.. Plan details of the number is as follows

9941530163 – Inititally it is a prepaid number was proposed to change it to postpaid so I can avail CUG connection.. Proposed plan is Speak 225..

9710703939 - Inititally it is a prepaid number was proposed to change it to postpaid so I can avail CUG connection.. Proposed plan is Freedom Plan.. I paid the initial amount the same day Rs 551/-

MEENATCHI SUNDARAM told me that the conversion will take place with in 24 hours, which didn’t happen as usual.. After repeated calls he told me to recharge the no (9941530163) for Rs 10/- I recharged online for which I lost 20 rs because the money is taken out of my card but it failed to recharge.. So I called MEENATCHI SUNDARAM to inform this.. Then he told that he will take care.. Then I didn’t get any response.. Again after repeated call to him he said the address was updated incorrectly in my primary no which is 9841257702 so he processed again.. He said if its an individual connection he can make that number activated quickly since its CUG type of connection its taking long time because of address mismatch.. But the weird part is I’m receiving monthly bills in the same address.. I completely don’t understand how the address is mismatched.. I subitted my PASSPORT, MY OFFICE ID as my address proof and I don’t how mismatch happened..

Then finally after 4 or 5 days of my CUG proposal, 9941530163 number is activated.. Then in the mean time again I made repeated call to Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM to status about 9710703939.. Finally he said the no – 9710703939 can’t be converted as postpaid and he need to update a new no to that SIM.. So he gave me 9551082323 as a replacement no for 9710703939.. Again I called him many times to know when that will be activated..

After repeated calls to him he made 9551082323 number activated after 7 or 8 days..

I was in a set of mind that all the number is activated as CUG and I started making calls.. Usually I’ll check my unbilled amount with the mesg called “LIMIT” Saw my primary no – 9841257702 bill was increasing like rocket. So I called cus care.. There I was shocked.. I came to know that my primary no – 9841257702 is still an individual connection..

So I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM to know about what is my situation he said yes the number is still individual.. He said I can’t call the other 2 numbers for free but those numbers call for free.. So I was only receiving calls from those 2 numbers..

Mean time I received my bill of Rs 1169.24.. As a humble customer I paid the money for which I didn’t ask for any re-embursement and paid my bill.. The bill included my calls to those 2 numbers for which I was not told that it is still not a CUG.. After some time the other 2 numbers (9551082323 and 9941530163) got mesg saying that the unbilled amount for Rs 814/- is due for pending..

Again I was shocked..

9551082323 no is only used to call 9841257702..

Then 9941530163 is used either for calling 9841257702 and also does normal usage.. That too the usage would not go beyond 600 min, which is free minutes for speak 225 plan.

I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM saying again the mishap happened.. He said that there is no problem an he will revert the deducting CUG calling minutes when the bill is generated.. So I used normally..

I got the bill for the Nos (9551082323 and 9941530163) on Nov 24th for Rs1086.08/-.. I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM he said he will take care and he will deduct the money for CUG usage and he will tell me amount that I’ve to pay.. But no reply from him.. I called him the same day but no he did’t attend my call..

I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM next day (25th Nov), he said he will take this day.. He said evening he will go to office and he will call me after check my bill.. So he will say the money I’ve to pay.. As usual no call from him.. I called him around 19:30Hrs and he didn’t pickmy call.. I got an SMS saying that he will call me around 21:00Hrs.. But again no response from him..

I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM again the next day (26th Nov). I said that I’m going to file a compliant.. He said by today evening all the issues will be fixed and if not he asked me to lodge a complaint.. As usual he never called me that evening and neither picked up my call..

Then next day (27.11.09) I found that the out going is barred.. I called Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM thrice but didn’t pick my call.. After some time I got call from him saying that he can’t do anything.. Asked me to call cus service to lodge compliant..

This is very terrible.. If he is not able to do anything he should have told me in the beginning saying that he is not an authorized person for fixing issues.. So I might changed my contact point to any other in aircell..

Then I called cus care no – 57777 and spoke to divya made a compliant regarding this.. COMPLIANT NO – 25908014.. She said she 48 hours to check the status.. I already waited nearly 28 days for fixing this issue and again 48 hours.. Which seems to be starting from scratch.. Because she is of no clue of my ongoing issue..

I’m really very very very highly disappointed…

I want this issue to be fixed as soon possible.. I need the 3 numbers to be activated immediately..

I want the bill to be deducted for the CUG usage for the Nos (9551082323 and 9941530163)

I need my no – 9841257702 to be compensated for my repeated calls made to Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM which is worth for nothing..

I need to be compensated for one month of free service for all the 3 numbers for the terrible troubles I’ve faced because of your negligence even after my repeated reminders through your agent Mr. MEENATCHI SUNDARAM..

All the above concerns should be full filled immediately… As a 37 months old aircel customer I deserve it.. Failing in which it will revert in non payment and also I will switch my mob service provider..
