Aircel has taken INR 30 for the past 3 months stating dialer tune is activated. But I didn't activated the same and When I rang my number. I'm not hearing any Song or music. I have logged complaints each month and till no no response from Service provider. As everyone know, Its difficult to catch Aircel helpdesk. I don't know What TRAI is doing???
