Caller tune promotion calls

Hi, My no is 8802087176. I had got a call for the caller tune activation. I had denied at first place. The caller request me to hear him then take a decision, to take a the offer or refuse it. However i had denied already and did not any confirmation. He then tell me activating the dialer tune and before I interrupt him, he said thanks you and cut the phone.

This happen with me second time. Aircel promotion call are literally star cheating.
