Service activation without authorization

Dear Sir/Madam,

My mobile number is8796884020. First of all a service "Friends zone has been activated on my mobile. When i call customer care i get to know that it can be de-activated only if i call on 570001. But no response comes when i dial the number. So i m stuck. This amounts to cheating. There should be an alternate way if the number is not working.
