Omg these reliance communication people just making me mad.
Once again in the morning of today I called in the reliance customer care to deactivate the service and refund my money. They deactivated the service and refund my money for which I get the msg.
But now they are wrong charging on my another no. From which I maded the complaint for 919907997139. They wrongly deducted my rs 20 from 919907997139saying you sub vas. After telling, I still have. They told ok. We will make complaint aginst this and you will get resolution in next 48hrs. I said ok.
But now in the MID-night of 6 dec they again charged rs.50 for this bull-shit service of their 'myth sms' which I deactivated from their customer care executive in the morning and get my money backed.
I don't understand what to do with these cheap and fraud company.
Why they don't understand please don't harass a customer to much.
B'coz these people of reliance company are just waste...
