are not solved, and my RIM number Incoming outgoing are also bared.
Actually problem are start with a PDC chuque of Rs 1800.00, which are company are withdraw from our bank account but in our billing history it will are not reflect .for this we are Create a case (CASE ID 39872333 on 10th Sep ’06 and ID 44520755, 24th Jan ’07).as per case id company are request to me submit Necessary document in nearest reliance office, we are mail regarding this docoment to commercial person in south Bengal asansol office, but after that one year passed any reliance employee are Not realized that it will need to solved, but i remained time to time contract person to solved this issue. Finally we are mail to South Bengal reliance CSD, COMMERCIAL AND SALES TEAM that if this time it was not solved then we are not make any payment in this account and also reminder to all person that my line are not bared for this case, but after One month of this mail no body are need to reply or solved this problem.
In our business area Durgapur all our reliance customer and pco operators are not contract to me, and its direct hampering to our business relationship, customer relationship.
Now we need some clarification
1. Regarding this CASE ID 39872333 on 10th Sep ’06 and case 44520755 are create on 24th Jan ’07. Why this case is steel pending?
2. On 25th Sep ’07 we are final mail to all regarding all persons, why this persons are not entertend our this matter?
3. At this time my incoming and out going both are bared. Who are responsible for this?
4. Regarding this issue we are lost our goodwill, our business are effect for this, who are Bare this loses?
Now we are request to all of you with out this clarification do not open my RIM number.
