Etop up recharge failed

Dear sir, i have recharged my mobile no.9471670469 from the BSNL website etop up prepaid recharge through SBI debit card for the amount 111/-on 14/12 at 12:39 pm and i have got the massage of debiting my a/c on pos 15131 at billdesk-bill pay txn#201207822329 but the same amount is not crediting into my mobile phone a/c till now.please see the matter.
