I bought MTNL 1 month back (19 nov '12) and after 1 month it has not been activated. I have asked the retailer many a times, but he says the verification documents have already been submitted now talk to the company. Customer care says they have not received my documents. The thing is who will return my 150 rupees and also my ID just to ensure that some other sim has not been given away against my ID.
