I am user of the Airtel since Oct'2012 and my Number is 9871674959. I am using Net on mobile which Co. has initially offered me for Rs. 98/ month and download free upto 1 GB. My Plan was renewed twice under the same terms & Conditions.
In the month of December they renew my plan deduct the same amount but given only 600 MB free and for 21 days. Company has not given any intimation before doing this. I tried to check the same with Customer Care @ Airtel and they respond me that Co. is not bound to disclose any change in tariff to the customer.
I also checked the same thing on airtel website and I was surprised to see that Co. is still promoting its Rs.98 Plan "internet Recharge Pack RC 98 (1GB/30 days) Surf Internet on mobile or connect with laptop/PC to start surfing."

I has also complained that I am not receiving the proper internet speed on my mobile to which they replied plz change your mobile. My Complaint No is CGPSC 31217635273. They also assure me that they will try to resolve he problem and I will receive a call before 19th December 2012. On not receiving the call I tried again to which they replied please change your Mobile without confirming which handset am using.
Request you take strict action against the Co.
