COMPLAINT ABOUT RECHARGE

I Jaspal Singh want to tell that I am using Airtel Number 9717716471 which is Prepaid. As per the Airtel Scheme I always recharge my card with Rs. 75 in which I get Rs. 75 as the full recharge value valid for 7 Days. I recharged my account on 5th through an easy recharge dealer who are involved in recharging any mobile number as well have the facility to pay your electricity bills and telephone bills. But I could not get any recharge from that, whereas the amount was deducted from the dealer's account. When I called the customer care, i could not connect my call to the customer care as it became a paid call from this month onwards. So i could not fire a complaint against the problem in the customer care. After that I got a survey message from Airtel to asking me to give a brief about the call and service which they give us. There also I replied that I was not satisfied with the service. Still I did not get any call from the customer care of Airtel.

Now I would be very obliged if I could get the recharged amount refunded to my account.
