Airtel will charge for customer care call for 3 mins they charge 0.50 paisa but the computer recorded call transfer our call to the executive call charges timing will start but the call will not quickly attend by the executive call will put on hold for long mins for that mins also will have charges for me an also for all why we have paid for that call holding .if they charge for call holding they will to improve their services.
