Biggest fraud customer services in india is AIRTEL.
Very very poor customer service.
If any value added service is activated to your phone has been done quickly.
but Deactivation of VAS in Airtel is very very difficult.
for (eg) I activated the Mobile tv daily pack of 10 rs. after 3 days, i call to customer atleast of 6-7 times to deactivate the AIRTEL Mobile tv.
2 weeks gone, Still now the mobile tv has not been deactivated. i last nearly amount of 150 rs in this service.
simlarly in Airtel Broad band & Airtel Digital tv, lot of customer care issues is there
