I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 3 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends to go for Nokia.
I had trust on it before but not now, I am sorry to say that, Because you people made me to do so.
I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..
I never had such a worst experience from the NOKIA CARE. i would have not been worried if i have lost my Moblie, but your service made me to feel so bad.
I purchased nokia mobile on 28-mar and the Model is Nokia C2, the only mistake I did is that, I haven’t checked the headset thinking Nokia is the best and will not have problem, but assumption went wrong. When I checked the headset last week I found out that is not functioning, so went to Nokia care in Peters road (Chennai) I was really shocked seeing the service provided to the customers. At that moment I felt bad it’s my mistake purchasing Nokia Brand.
Being Nokia a best company, but the service provided to the customer is not up to the mark what we expected.
If anyone in Nokia say that you care for your customer queries, please address it ASAP.
