i am Ramkumar my mobile number 9952793915... yesterday i called to one airtel number 9894478000... that call duration around 10 mint..but the call charges for that call is rs 3.60...
as per my mobile plan... for Airtel to airtel only 10 paise... why you are taken that my much money from my number..
same time i tried to reach your customer care center for last two days... still their redirecting to some other numbers and services like *121#...
i am using this number for more than 3 years... now a days i am getting more difficulty to reach your customer care..and getting services..your customer care peoples not responding properly.
i am planing to move to some other network if your service continuous like this.
