Airtel
Fraud

I had received the call from airtel from number 8130109994 regarding this issue on 23 4:58 PM and was told these are the charges for Bill Plan change. When I gave him the number and bill plan of my colleagues who also have placed similar request and have not being charged one time charges. PHONE GOT DISCONNECTED. Later in the day someone called Saraswati called me up and said these are the charges transferred from your old account number. I am not sure Who was telling the truth. I haven't received any itemized/Detail bill for this amount to verify. I want the complete bill for past two months to verify the details.

And the reason for: why the first person said me this is activation charge.

Nipun

Hi,

I asked to change in my bill plan to AIRTEL SPECIAL 199 CUG and

specifically mention not to change GPRS data plan.

But my GPRS plan got changed without informing me. Why this is so? I don't

expect this unprofessional behavior from Airtel.

Nipun
