Customer care representative doesn't even know details about the service activated in my mobile and apart from this he misguided me and debited amount from my main account to activate the SMS booster pack which has been already active, again balance from my account got deducted. The response from customer care was very poor and they have took a complaint but no response for that. even though SMS booster was active they charged money from my account for sending SMS (They took another complaint for this, like always they will never come back to the end user to solve the complaint). I am filling this complaint after undergoing many such incidents with airtel. Kindly please look into the issue so that this will not happen to others. Thanks.
