I booked a seat for semi sleeper bus from bengaluru to
hyderabad on 23rd May. Instead of giving me a seat, i was given a
seat in the driver's cabin. I had to sleep on bus floor for the whole
night. It had caused alot of inconvenience to me. When i asked the office
about this, they told me to get down the bus and even told me that they
will not refund the money. I request to be compensated for the
inconvenience, by getting the refund of INR 450 rs from the bus
travel. When i contacted the hyderabad office, they said me to contact
head office and head office does not seem to respond to my complaint.
Please look into the matter urgently in order to stop this fraud by the
travel service company.
Details of the travel bus: The bus no was "MH 01 LA 8192" and one of the drivers name was Mehboob. The exact place where i booked the ticket was Jabbar Travels 19/3, T.S.P. Road, Kalasipalyam, B'lore-2.The seat which i booked was numbered 12.
