They are telling that you do any thing you want I will not give you one rupee. Company will not give any rupee. For any accident we give only Rs 2000 if the cost of the repair is Rs 15000 or Rs 100000 or more. If we dash any vehicle we will not give any rupee let he be alive or dead. No company should entertain such companies because this is like rowdy. They have adjusted the police and not giving the vehicle they have made accident. They have to cancel the licence of this travels and not let them to this any more. All the companies should not entertain. If any accident happens to the people travelling in the ABB company then this travels will not help the person if the company official even if he dies in the accident. So please do not entertain such travels. They many cause damage to the socity and the people. If you think that my word are true then don't do any transations with such company.
They gave us only Rs 2000 insted the repair cost is more than Rs 15000 or still more "Mr Hari Krishna" from SRS. So who will give me the rest of the amount. He told that we are giving you Rs 2000 otherwise you can put case. He din't give me the entire amount. He din't let me take an "Acknowledgment" till I send mail to ABB company that they are nice people. He told that you will not get an acknowledgment till you send mail to ABB company. SRS travels person make a mistake and why should I get my car repaired by paying Rs13000. If I claim insurance also they will not give me the total amount I have to spend from my pocket for following traffic rules and I have to pay more premium amount to the Insurance company from next year because of SRS travels mistake. This amount should be paid by SRS travels only because it is their mistake. It is not my mistake. Who can solve my problem and when can I get my money. The law has to be chainged that the person who makes the accident has to get the vehicel then only we can get justice. He tells as if he is giving me freely to me as if I a begging him. But actually he has to get my car repaired. I am not getting any answer to this question. So, if I send this will he give me the repair cost I don't know. Will the ABB company give will the people of ABB travelling in that tempo traveller KA01 D 435 who were thinking of time that they had waist to stop the tempo traveller after creating the accident. If any person follow the rules if it is the case then no one will follow the rule in Bangalore than. If he pays the damage cost of my vehicle then only everyone will follow the rules. How will I get my money.
I was driving my car in the ring road when I reached the 5 Block Jayangar Mutt circle I stopped my car in red signel on 10/01 at 6.30 pmbut a tempo traveller name of ABB of SRS travels it dashed my car in the back but he din't stop in the red signal. I contacted police who was in the signel din't respond he told go to police station and give complaint. Because police people will get bribe from SRS travels. He went but when I went back of him I coud'nt get but could stop the vehicle I found another vehicle of the same ABB company vehicle of the same SRS travels. But when I stopped him of number KA01 D 431 he started using bad words. So went I contacted SRS travels Kalasipalya head office they told to contact Venkatesh. But Krishnappa of number 984599556 came and told Company is not responsible for it and I din't ge any thing. He told everyday SRS vehicle will be creating many accidents in the city what can we do we will not pay anything to you if you want you can give police compaint and calim. But company will not give you anything. If the licence is given to such a company like SRS or any other they will cause many problem in the city. Just because the want to reach on time. You should not let SRS travels to run the company you shoud cancel the licence of the SRS travels and take all the SRS travels vehicle and put in the police station. So that further no one will ever cause any problem in traffic.
