After paying the 25% amount for my already booked shop in Earth Iconic, Gurgaon, Company is saying that we can not give you allotment, since the shop booked by you is allocated to someone else and they are giving option to book some other shop. I have all the origional papers with me and the whole team of earth infra is just mad and not answering any question. They are just eating innocent people money.
They have done this in all there projects, the company should be banned. I request any good lawyer to come forward and help us.
