Was appraoched Over my cell by Ms Rashmi & Neha of this company. She told that she and her company can provide the business intelligence data of Indian Custom of export for all sea and air ports. company has committed to give items to the buyers of various destinations of the world for one year at the rate of Rs.8000 and also login ID and password to see the current live data at their website www.importerbuyer.com. We pass her the HS code and Item Name of the product we are exporting but till date we have not received any CD, Login ID and data from them. Every day they are telling that we are sorry for the incovience by email but not answering the call of customer care.
They Have sent me a email for the data but there is no data of our product and given HS code. It is old data of 2003 but we have specially instruct them to give current data and last year data. It is also mentioned in the proforma invoice.
We have ask them to return our fund but still they are not answering our calls.
Then approached this company and requested them for repayment but they again supplied another data via email which also does not contain the ordered data for which they have issued a invoice no 1354 dated 25.05.13 showing the particulars of our ordered data.
This cheating business is arranged by this company with the help of couriers and tele callers of this company.
I request the appropriate authorities of Govt to look in to this matter and save peoples from this and this type of cheater in the name of providing export-import trade detail
