Dogs problem

I am residing with my family in Andrews Ganj, New Delhi. Please send your team to catch the street dogs in front of our house. they are stoped our way & attack any time on me or my family when we are entering & out of our house. I have two 7yrs & 01 yrs old child in my family & fear that if these dogs caught me & my family, then what should i do? Please take neccessary action & catch these dogs.
